The Oberwald Mystery

Il mistero di Oberwald The enemies of the crown decide to eliminate the queen, a young woman who was widowed on her wedding day who lives in solitude, showing her face covered by a black veil. For this task they hire Sebastian, a young poet who resembles a lot to the deceased king. The young man breaks in the queen's apartment with the intention of killing her, but things take an unexpected turn. The film won the Silver Ribbon for the Best Special Effects while director Michelangelo Antonioni won the AGIS Award at the Venice Film Festival.
