Skepto International Film Festival is a competitive festival dedicated to short films. Its main object is to encourage and to offer visibility to worldwide indipendent filmakers, creating an open space for the comparison and the intercultural exchange. Furthermore Skepto International FIlm Festival aspires to become a cultural reference point for the city of Cagliari and to expand its horizons towards other italian, european and mediterranean cities.
