The great Luciano Ligabue returns to the camera with Made in Italy, the new movie that has the title of his latest album.

It is the third film directed by Ligabue. The first, Radiofreccia (1998), had an extraordinary success, winning three David of Donatello, two Silver Ribbons and four Golden Ciak. The second, From zero to ten (2002), was presented in a special screening at the International Critique Week of the 2002 Cannes Film Festival.

Synopsis

Riko is an honest man who lives thank a job he did not choose. He lives in the family home thet he can keep with many difficulties. But he can count on a group of real friends and on a wife whom he loves, among ups and down, all his life. His son is the first of family to go to college.

However, he is also a very angry man with his time, which seems to be only shaken by tails and false starts.

When he loses the few certainties with which he has managed to pull, the bubble in which he lives breaks and Riko understands that he needs to take over his present and start over again in one way or another.

And does not let running time have his own way.

Location

Shooting, which will last for seven weeks, will take place in Emilia Romagna in Correggio (RE), Reggio Emilia and Novellara (RE), Rome and Frankfurt.
