Synopsis
The days run smoothly in the complex for elderly "La Serenissima". The placid atmosphere of a day like so many others is, however, upset by the hospitalization of Edda, a guest of the complex, a 73-year-old lady, well cared for and refined, who has accused a severe illness caused by losing her savings by betting illegally.
When the comrades in the center become aware of their difficulties, they decide to rob the Havana Bingo, a place where they usually spend a few hours to break the monotony of everyday life.
But in the evening of the blow, the poor elders find out that guarding the caveau is not their accomplice Ernesto but another clerk. The whole operation is jumping but not all is lost. When they are about to retire, here they see Edda, unknowingly out of the hospital, cheering for winning a huge prize pool.
Everything is fine what is fine. The sympathetic elderly people enjoy a well-deserved holiday on a beautiful cruise ship, obviously offered by their neo-millionaire friend.
