Marecarbone, a trip discovering Reggio's ionian coast

At Reggio Calabria it has been showed Gianluca Rossi's movie Marecarbone, the winner of 2015 Turin Cineambiente Festival. The documentary movie relates about a eight months pregnant woman. Of a Calabrian origin, she comes back to her land during a crisis moment and she finds out that a italian-swiss company plans to build a 1320 watt's coal factory above an abandoned factory's site. Intrigued and worried she starts to investigate discovering the territory and its contradictions, being aware of how little she knows about her land. The audience is lead through a trip on Reggio Calabria's ionian coast.
