Amo te sola A neapolitan composer, dragged into the liberal ambience at the Indipendence's wars times, composes the Volunteers' Hymn. Due to political reasons, he is forced to emigrate to Milan. Here he finds succees representing his work at the Scala Theatre.But the thought of the beloved girl (left in Florence) drives him to come back to Tuscany. He sees the girl again, but a series of misunderstandings put the lovers in disagreement.
