"The faces of the Via Francigena" is a documentary film about the places and people that populate a wonderful Italian way: the Via Francigena. Six weeks of shooting while walking, day after day, have allowed to discover the places and people that make it a valuable asset. The characters' words are interspersed with images of wonderful places that daily occur before the eyes: the lines of the Val d'Aosta mountains, the green of the rice fields, the hills of Tuscany, a few examples of special places that lead to a city like Rome.
