The Malady of Love

La coda del diavolo A young willing doctor, in XV century, and his lover, take care of the syphilitcs in a lepers' field. He soon falls in love with one of them, who seems to be negative to the syphilis' symptoms. He tries to get her escape leaving the leper colony's door open, but another man will escape and after, killed. Threatened by an inquiry he is forced to leave, not before having left the lover to the friend's care.
