Braccio, a terrorist arrested some years earlier, is about to be transferred from a prison in Sicily to Milan where he will meet his girlfriend Giulia. In the van that's carrying him, there are a captain of the Carabinieri and Concilio, a common inmate directed to Bologna. What Braccio does not know, however, is that the journey is a trap, a psychological subterfuge, to induce him to cooperate with justice. The movie won the Golden Goblet for Best Film.
