Light of My Eyes

Luce dei miei occhi Antonio is a quiet driver of luxury cars who, with his imagination, lives in a parallel world of science fiction, wearing the clothes of Morgan, his alter ego. One night, however, Antonio meets Maria and falls in love with her. Becoming part of her life, he discovers that the woman has a lot of debts and is the victim of a cruel loan shark. Antonio will do anything to help her. At the Venice Film Festival director Giuseppe Piccioni won the Sergio Tasatti Award while Luigi Lo Cascio and Sandra Ceccarelli were awarded with the Volpi Cup for best actor and best actress. In addition, the movie won the David di Donatello for Best Sound.
