Matrimonio all'italiana The story is inspired by the play "Filumena Marturano" by Eduardo De Filippo. The film won the Golden Globe for Best Foreign Film; the David di Donatello for Best Director, Best Producer, Best Actor and Best Actress, and it won the Silver Ribbon for Best Supporting Actress.
