Between Miracles
Per grazia ricevuta The young Benedetto falls off a cliff, but remains unharmed. For the inhabitants of his village is a miracle and the child is sent to a convent. As an adult, however, he finds himself fighting between moral values and physical desires, between grace and sin. The film was awarded at the Cannes Film Festival for Best First Work. It also received the Silver Ribbon for Best Screenplay and Best subject while Nino Manfredi received the Special David for a new director and the italian Golden Globe for Best First Feature.
