Teresa la ladra It tells the life of a poor wretch, from the '30s to our days. First she is forced to be a scullery maid, then she gets pregnant, finally, during the war's last months, she becomes a thief and a crook spending several months in the jail or in the mental institution. It won the Italian Golden Globe as the Best First Feature.
