The director will be on set in April with the film's first take. The theme is violence against women. The film will be shot in Salernitano, after the crowdfunding, Baccini holds concerts to support.

Without making noise ... story of a book

Luca Guardabascio returns behind the camera: the new film is loosely based on "Noise-making". The book by Michele Ferruccio Tuozzo published by "Il Simposio" which at the end of January will be presented at Eboli at the "La Buatt" club.

A theme, unfortunately, always current

A true story of the 90s, a drama with domestic abuse at the center. A householder who abuses his daughter-in-law and his niece. A very current story that brings home violence to attention. A theme in a period in which sexual abuse is distorting in polemics and gossip from a chronicle. The film is written in four hands with the author of the book, Ferruccio Tuozzo. The two claim to have changed a lot the book, as they wanted to give a wider breath to the whole story.

Without making noise, shooting

Shooting will begin in April, will last six weeks and will all be in the province of Salerno, then Arezzo and Albania. In the cast there is Flavio Bucci, Clayton Norcross, the star of Beautiful, then, again Annarita Del Piano (the mother of Checco Zalone in "Cado dalle nuvole").

They will play alongside non-professional actors, all women.

The choice of women is strongly desired, as the director claims to involve women who know these problems, having suffered. In this sense, the psychologists were fundamental, they helped in relationships and I was a support in the experience of the film.

The film is produced by Around Culture, and is also interesting in its production story: a combination of crowdfunding and product placement.

The fund-raising (crowdfunding) thanks to the concerts by Francesco Baccini (the author of the soundtrack).

For product placement, Guardabascio has found a lot of enthusiasm in the local companies, which have become among the most important financiers of the film.
