Output: La Banda dei Tre, the film shot in Tivoli

The Band of the Three, the film shot in Tivoli a year ago could be released in April. To shoot the film, the troupe stayed in the city for over a month, between October and November 2016.

Throughout the streets of the center the many actors involved in filming had become familiar. On all Marco Bocci, Francesco Pannofino, Carlo Buccirosso, Matteo Branciamore.

Then again, Aldo Marinucci Natalia Giro, Roberta Mattei, Francesca Della Regioni and Emma Nitti.

A collaborative work

The film, directed by Francesco Maria Dominedò, is based on the homonymous novel noir by Carlo Callegari. Filming, which was initially due to take place in Padua, has arrived in Tivoli.

This is mainly thanks to the strong collaboration established between the producing company, the Cinematografica Format Srl company, and the Tibur Film Commission.

A fun black comedy

A story that changes the classic canons of noir and that always plays on the edge of the grotesque and irony. Take a short-tempered dwarf whose surname is Piccolo, with an easy trigger and an unbridled passion for pop music.

Then, add an infiltrated policeman who makes Bambola a surname and who does not even have the courage to declare to the woman he is in love with and play hard as a pseudo-criminal.

Then finished with Silvano former drug addict in perennial religious mystical crisis that to survive robbed the apartments but then leave around santini to be forgiven.

Mix everything and the result will be the band of the three.

Three characters over the top, grotesque, ironic but with a sense of friendship out of the ordinary.
