An evil rich man ruins an old fisherman from Posillipo. He, fortunately, has a beautiful voice and becomes a singer in a show lap financed by the evil who offer this opportunity to him only to chase after his girlfriend. Since she resists he falsely accuses her and the judges sentence her one year of jail.
