Made in Italy is the new film by Luciano Ligabue, a new challenge expected by the general public.

Third film directed by singer and musician Luciano Ligabue, Made in Italy is inspired by the same concept album released in November 2016.

The film will be released in Italian cinemas on January 25th.

Made in Italy ... "done" in Italy

Entirely made in Italy ... from the banks of the Po, Emilia Romagna and Veneto. Produced by Fandango and Domenico Procassi and distributed by Medusa Film, the film was shot between Reggio Emilia and the municipalities of Correggio and Novellara (RE) and in Frankfurt. The shooting lasted about seven weeks.

Made in Italy ... stories

Made in Italy, will tell the story of a 50 year old, Riko, who is faced with several choices made in the past: get married young and find a safe job in the factory just like his father.

Choices that have led the protagonist to have a life today that does not satisfy him with a marriage and a job in crisis. When the only certainties he possesses crumble before his eyes, man only has to react, take his present in his hand and start over, one way or another.

Next to Stefano Accorsi and Kasia Smutniak, there will be: Walter Leonardi, Fausto Maria Sciarappa, Filippo Dini and Tobia De Angelis.
