Alfredo Moreno’s movie presented at Alghero

On last Monday at Alghero's Lo Quarter there was the press conference for The moon and the woods' presentation, the film by Alfredo Moreno. There were the city's mayor Mario Bruno and the culture assessor Gabriella Esposito, who underlined how is important for a city being chosen as a movie location. The feature film is the first of a crime movie trilogy, moving on two parallel levels: the scientific investigation related to a series of murders and the protagonist's instrospective one, interpreted by a non professional actress Antonella Masia. The movie is set in Sardinia, with shots at Villa Las Tronas and in the historic centre, searching for particular atmospheres that only Alghero can give. (foto © lanuovasardegna.gelocal.it)
