"Da Sodoma a Hollywood" is among the oldest Film Festivals in Europe of this kind, born in Torino in 1986 as a small and daring "gay themed" event, from Ottavio Mai and Giovanni Minerba's project, young filmakers determined to give visibility eve in Italy to the movies with this contents, too often without distribution.
