The company that Enrico Sartori opens after the break with former partner Franza is not actually in Bassano del Grappa. The distillery, currently in operation, is called Schiavo and is located in Costabissara, just north of Vicenza. It hosts visiting groups and hosts a small museum dedicated to grappa production.
